LEADERS OF HEALTH MEET AT LIV HOSPITAL EXPO!
Liv Hospital Expo brought together world leaders in health, medical tourism agencies, institutions and organizations within the scope of medical tourism from 35 countries, more than 200 participants. At Liv Hospital Expo, which once again showed the world how strong Turkey is in health tourism, Turkey’s advantageous position, leadership, and personalized boutique approach in healthcare services and technologies were discussed.
Liv Hospital, which expands its vision day by day in order to raise the health service quality in Turkey above the world standards, has broken a new ground in the world. In the Expo program, which was held for the first time by a hospital in Turkey, important international participants came together.
The opening speeches of Liv Hospital Expo, which started with a magnificent performance show, were made by ERI Global President and CEO Bobbie Celler, Liv Hospital Group Coordinator Meri Istiroti and Founding President of the World Health Tourism Council Emin Çakmak.

Liv Hospital Ulus General Manager Taner Özbek was the moderator of the first panel, which was held after Istinye University Rector Professor Doctor Erdal Karaöz’s speech on the Modern Possibilities of Stem Cells in Regenerative Medicine. Liv Hospital Nuclear Medicine Specialist Professor Doctor Emel Ceylan Günay, Radiation Oncology Specialist Professor Doctor Merdan Fayda, Chest Diseases Specialist Professor Doctor Ferah Ece, Brain and Nerve Surgery Specialist Professor Doctor İlhan Elmacı were the speakers of the panel titled “Breakthrough Target-Focused Therapies”.

International Medical Consultant Eva Pavel moderated the last panel of the first day of Liv Hospital Expo. Liv Hospital Ear Nose and Throat Specialist Professor Doctor Ahmet Hakan Birkent, Hair Transplantation Director Doctor Hamid Aydın, Dentist Zeynep Kabalcı Holtoft and Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Specialist Associate Professor Ozan Bitik in the panel titled “New Approaches in Aesthetics, Cosmetics and Beauty Treatments” made presentations on innovations. Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist Professor Doctor Ahmet Hakan Birkent’s examples of voice aesthetics before and after the operation attracted great attention by the participants. Dentist Zeynep Kabalcı Holtoft also gave information about the latest technology methods used in smile aesthetics.
