MEIDAM Conference honors the late Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid

Dr. Khaled Al-Nuaimi, President of the 6th Middle East International Dermatology & Aesthetic Medicine Conference & Exhibition “MEIDAM” announced the presentation of this year’s Pioneers Award to the late Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to return the favor and gratitude for his contributions to the advancement of the health sector inside and outside the country. The Award also recognizes the many scientific and health initiatives contributing to the advancement of the medical sector and scientific research, which were part of the vision adopted by the late Sheikh Hamdan to elevate the quality of life and scientific research.

The Pioneers Award, which has been presented by the “MEIDAM’ conference for six years in a row, is a gesture of appreciation of those who participated and contributed effectively to establish the rules of scientific research in the region, and had the greatest role in enriching the medical sector by transferring their expertise to the following generations. The Award is in recognition of the role of these pioneers and their contributions.

Dr. Khaled Al-Nuaimi, President of the Conference, praised the role of the late Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum in supporting scientific research and continuing medical education in general and particularly in supporting the MEIDAM Conference for six years in a row.

For his part, His Excellency Abdullah bin Souqat, Executive Director of the Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Medical Sciences, praised this initiative and stressed that it is the ideal gesture to honor the path of the late Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the owner of a pure heart, dedicated to pioneering humanitarian, scientific, educational and health initiatives.

The 6th Middle East International Dermatology & Aesthetic Medicine Conference & Exhibition “MEIDAM”   will be launched on the 23rd of this month, under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Medical Sciences in the presence of 1,500 doctors, from 41 countries, and with the support of the Dubai Health Authority, the Ministry of Health And Prevention, and the Abu Dhabi Department of Health.
