Ronald Boueri is an inspiring, empathetic leader with over 25 years’ experience in driving transformation within the medical devices sector, in different roles and geographies from the Middle East to SE Europe.
He has made a significant contribution to the regional growth of Zimmer Biomet, a NYSE-listed company, through strong commercial acumen, exceptional team leadership and highly differentiated stakeholder management skills. He has pushed innovation as a differentiator from the competition through initiatives such as showcasing latest technology in high quality education programs for medical professionals. Ronald has deep expertise across a range of different environments and cultures, as well as the resilience and resourcefulness needed to adapt to changing market dynamics. In often challenging conditions, he has built strong teams, by nurturing an open culture based on trust and fairness.
