The Patient experience & Innovation Summit officially supported by the Department of Health Abu Dhabi will stage strategies on delivering an enhanced patient experience.

At the onset of COVID-19 pandemic, healthcare providers across the globe embarked on a journey that was unusual & unknown. Healthcare organizations faced the brunt like never before, Hospitals were suddenly overcrowded and faced a crisis-level shortage of beds and care providers for patients. But what came after this was an intensive, industrywide transformation powered by technology and a dramatic emphasis on patient centric care.

In lines with vision of the region which aims at optimizing patient experience, improving ease of healthcare services, and enhancing the regions’ status in the global health arena, The Patient Experience and innovation Summit, supported by the Department of Health Abu Dhabi will focus on developing a 360-degree approach to patient engagement and consumer experience – the one that fuels empathy while adopting disruptive innovations.
